Many artists work hard but without direction. A 12-month music career roadmap gives you clear goals, a plan to reach them, and a way to measure progress. Here is how to build one.

Step 1: Know Where You Are

Write down your current numbers and assets: monthly listeners, followers, email list, catalog, shows played, income, and budget. Be honest about your strengths and gaps.
