Production and shipping

All RMG Empire merch is printed to order. Orders are usually produced in 2–7 business days and then shipped; you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email label@RootsMusicGroupinc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it or reship your order.
