Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of rootsmusicgroup.com and to purchases of merch and services from Roots Music Group Inc. (“RMG”). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Music submissions. Submitting music does not create any agreement or obligation for either side. You keep all rights to your music. We review every submission but cannot promise a response, signing, or specific result.

2. Services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of paid services (such as the RMG Artist Development & Release Partnership) are described on our Services page and confirmed with you in writing before work begins. Any signing, management, publishing, or distribution relationship is governed only by a separate signed written agreement.

3. No guaranteed results. We work hard for every artist, but no one can guarantee streams, followers, playlist placements, income, or a record deal, and we do not.

4. Your ownership. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, you keep ownership of your masters, compositions, and brand. Materials we create for you (such as flyers and brand plans) are yours to use once paid for in full.

5. Payments. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Where a deposit option is offered, the remaining balance is due on delivery of the assets described. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

6. Merch. Merch is printed to order. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the site, submit content you don’t have the rights to, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual property. The RMG and Roots Music Group names, logos, and site content belong to Roots Music Group Inc. or our artists and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, RMG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
