Refund Policy

We want every artist to feel confident working with us, so here is exactly how refunds work.

RMG Artist Development & Release Partnership ($2,000)

• Change of mind: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any work has started, you receive a full refund.
• Once work begins: After we have started work on your distribution setup, brand plan, or promo assets, the $1,000 deposit is non-refundable because it covers work already in progress.
• Deposit option: If you started with the $1,000 deposit, the remaining $1,000 balance is only due once your assets are delivered.
• If we miss our promise: If we fail to deliver the included items, we will either complete them or refund you for the parts not delivered.

How to request a refund

Email label@RootsMusicGroupinc.com with your name, order or payment details, and the reason. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
