FLOW 187

Born Robert B. Roots on November 20, 1990, in Queens, New York, Flow 187 is a rapper, producer, engineer, author, and the founder and CEO of Roots Music Group. Forged between four cities, Queens, Miami, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, his sound carries New York grit, Miami heat, Atlanta bounce, and West Coast vision. Self-taught on every side of the craft, he writes, produces, engineers, and shoots his own visuals. His 2019 single "New Drip" put his name in motion, and his run since has connected him with respected names across the culture, including Harlem legend Max B on "187 Coke Wave." Off the mic, he is the author of Falling Isn't Failing, a playbook for turning setbacks into success. Inspired by the ownership-first blueprint of Nipsey Hussle, Flow built RMG Empire to give independent artists what he had to fight for: real distribution, a real strategy, and a team that wins when they win. He did not wait for a seat at the table. He built the table.
